Regarding the return

The company accepts the return of the package that has problems only from breakage or damage, otherwise we regret to inform you that the product is not eligible for return unless it has defects only.

The company is keen to ensure that the product arrives 100 percent intact to the customer, and that the shipping costs are borne by the company.

 

In the event that a product with a problem arrives at the customer, it is retrieved through the shipping companies that the company deals with. The company also bears the full shipping costs, and the company replaces the damaged product with another healthy one, or refunds the amount to the customer if the customer requests that.
